Final Report and Proposed Plan On May 10, 2006 the Receiver filed his Final Report and Proposed Distribution Plan, recommending that each holder of an approved claim will be paid 5.8% of the claim. On October 20, 2006 the Court issued its Order Approving Final Report and Proposed Distribution Plan. The Receiver will be mailing distribution checks by November 1, 2006. 22, 2005 the United States Attorney for the Southern District of
Florida announced that criminal proceedings had been commenced against
Alan Levine and Leland Balber in connection with their involvement
with Cash Link Systems, Inc. Click here
to review the News Release. Both Mr. Levine and Mr. Balber have
plead guilty to the charges against them. Mr. Levine was sentenced
to 70 months and Mr. Balber was sentenced to 42 months in a federal
penitentiary. Click here
