This is a lawsuit by the Receiver against an individual/entity which received $200,000.00 from Robert Cord doing business as Saber Industries to supposedly provide "project funding" of $200 million. The funding never occurred and the Receiver sued to recover the money. The Receiver settled the case for $190,000.00, which funds have been paid and the case has been dismissed. The Settlement Agreement and the Order of Dismissal can be viewed below.
