This is a lawsuit by the Receiver against the father of Bill West and a trust established by his father. The records available to the Receiver reflect that the trust received at least $420,000.00 of funds traceable to funds submitted by investors. The case has been settled by virtue of the Defendants paying $410,000.00 to the Receiver and relinquishing any claim against the Receivership estate. |
