| This is a lawsuit by the Receiver to recover a fraudulent transfer in the amount of $115,000 from the individuals to whom Fred Gilliland gave a $90,000 Mercedes and $25,000 cash. The Defendants have filed a Motion to Dismiss and the Receiver has filed a Response. The matter is currently pending before the Court. |
