This is a lawsuit to recover $150,000.00 in fraudulent transfers to an associate of Brad Stark. On February 15, 2006 the Receiver filed a Complaint. On March 10, 2006 the Defendant filed a Remark-Answer. On June 16, 2006 the Court issued an Order striking Defendant's remark and ordering him to enter an appearance through counsel. On August 17, 2006 the Defendant filed its Answer.
On November 17, 2006 the Recevier filed his Motion for Summary Judgment and Brief in Support.
On December 18, 2006 the Defendant filed its Response Brief.
The Receiver filed his Reply Brief on January 2, 2007.
On December 7, 2006 the Defendant filed its Motion for Summary Judgment and Brief in Support.
On December 22, 2006 the Receiver filed his Response Brief.
On February 8, 2007 the Magistrate Judge issued his Findings and Recommendation that the Receiver's motion should be granted and the Defendant's motion should be denied.
The Defendant filed its Objections to the Findings and Recommendation on February 14, 2007.
On February 21, 2007 the Receiver filed his Reply to Defendant's Objections.
On February 28, 2007 the Court issued its Memorandum Opinion and Order awarding summary judgment to the Receiver.
The Court entered its Judgment in this case on March 8, 2007.
On April 11, 2007 the Receiver filed his Motion for Show Cause Order and Brief in Support.
On April 13, 2007 the Court entered its Show Cause Order setting a hearing date for the Receiver's motion.
On May 7, 2007 the Defendant filed its Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Show Cause Hearing.
On May 11, 2007 the Court entered its Order denying the Receiver's motion without prejudice.
On June 5, 2007 the Receiver filed his Amended Motion for Show Cause Order and Brief in Support.
On June 6, 2007 the Court entered its Show Cause Order setting a hearing date for the Receiver's Motion.
On July 18, 2007 the Court entered its Findings and Recommendation for 3D Marketing to disgorge $150,000.00 to the Receiver and for its principal, Dean Steeves, to be taken into custody.
On September 20, 2007 the Court entered its Order of Contempt directing the U.S. Marshals to take Dean Steeves into custody.
On November 14, 2007 the Defendant filed its Response.
