This is a lawsuit to recover $30,000.00 arising out of a Stock Purchase Agreement. On March 16, 2006 the Receiver filed a Complaint. Following a full settlement for that amount, the Receiver filed his Notice of Dismissal on September 21, 2006. On September 22, 2006 the Court issued its Order dismissing the case.
