General Information/ Current Status:

This is a lawsuit to recover fraudulent transfers totaling at least $167,316.00 from a business associate of Stan Leitner. On June 20, 2006 the Receiver filed his Complaint. On July 31, 2006 the Defendant filed his Answer.

On January 16, 2007 the Received filed a Notice of Settlement Agreement and Dismissal of All Claims. On March 13, 2007 the Court entered its Order of Dismissal.
