General Information/ Current Status:

This is a lawsuit to recover fraudulent transfers totaling at least $967,500.00 from a business associate of Megafund Corporation. On February 24, 2006 the Receiver filed a Complaint. On June 5, 2006 the Court issued its Order of Final Default Judgment.

On September 15, 2006 the Receiver filed his Motion for Turnover Order and Brief in Support. The Court issued its Turnover Order on November 3, 2006. On November 9, 2007 the Court entered an Order authorizing the Receiver to sell assets subject to the turnover order in partial satisfaction of judgment.
