General Information/ Current Status:

This is a lawsuit to recover fraudulent transfers totaling at least $260,000.00 from a business associate of Brad Stark. On February 10, 2006 the Receiver filed a Complaint.

The Receiver hired a process server, who indicated that the Defendant was attempting to evade personal service of process. On June 5, 2006 the Receiver filed a Motion to Allow Alternate Method for Service of Process Upon Defendant. On June 6, 2006 the Court entered its Order denying the Receiver's motion. Additional attempts to track and serve the Defendant in the time permitted by the Court were unsuccessful.

Accordingly, on November 3, 2006 the Receiver filed his Notice of Dismissal. On November 6, 2006 the Court entered its Order dismissing the case without prejudice.
