General Information/ Current Status:

This is a lawsuit by the Receiver to recover fraudulent transfers totalling the amount of $179,000 from the mother and father of Bradley Stark. On October 5, 2005 the Receiver filed a Complaint.

On December 27, 2005 the Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On January 4, 2006 the Receiver filed a Response to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. On January 19, 2006 the Defendants filed their Reply and Supplemental Brief in Support of Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. On February 23, 2006 the Receiver filed his Motion for Leave to File a Surreply Addressing New Arguments in Defendants' Reply and Brief in Support. On February 24, 2006 the Court entered an Order allowing the Receiver to file a Surreply to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. On March 3, 2006 the Receiver filed Plaintiff's Surreply to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. On June 19, 2006 the Court issued its Order denying Defendant's Motion to Dismiss.

On October 24, 2006 the Receiver filed his Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendants filed their Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment on November 28, 2006. On December 12, 2006 the Receiver filed his Reply Brief in Support of his Motion for Summary Judgment. On February 7, 2007 the Court entered its Memorandum Opinion and Order granting the Receiver's Motion for Summary Judgment against Defendants. On March 7, 2007 the Defendants filed their Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Appeal Memorandum Opinion and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, Dated February 7, 2007. On March 7, 2007 the Court entered its Order granting the Defendant's motion.

On February 21, 2007 the parties filed their Joint Status Report. On February 22, 2007 the Court entered its Order Setting Case for Trial.

On April 26, 2007 the Court entered an Order terminating all deadlines in the case pending the parties' submission of an Agreed Final Judgment. On May 7, 2007 the Court entered its Agreed Judgment.

On November 8, 2007 the Receiver filed his Notice of Satisfaction of Judgment.
