General Information/ Current Status:

This is a lawsuit to recover at least $665,000.00 in fraudulent transfers to a business associate of Megafund. On December 6, 2005 the Receiver filed a Complaint. On February 17, 2006 the Defendant filed its Answer. On February 22, 2006 the Court issued its Order Requiring Status and Scheduling Conference.

After the Receiver's investigation revealed that Defendant had no assets to satisfy a judgment, the parties filed a Stipulation of Dismissal on December 4, 2006. The Court then entered its Agreed Order of Dismissal on December 6, 2006.
